We built the hosting company we wished we had.
ENA Hosting started because too many businesses were choosing between hosting that was fast and support that actually answered. We decided not to choose.
From a rack in a spare room to four regions
ENA started small: a handful of servers, a handful of clients, and a promise to actually reply. That promise is still the whole business model.
As the client list grew from a few local businesses to teams running production infrastructure across continents, the thing that didn't change was who answers when something breaks. Every support request still reaches an engineer who can act on it — not a queue that reads a script.
Today that means NVMe-backed hosting across four regions, a support desk that never closes, and a team that still measures itself on the same question it started with: did we answer fast enough, and did we actually fix it.
What we optimize for
Answer fast // RESPONSIVENESS
A support ticket is a business problem, not a queue position. We staff for real response times, not best-effort ones.
Show the work // TRANSPARENCY
Status pages, monthly reports, and plain answers about what happened during an incident — including our mistakes.
Build for the next size // SCALABILITY
Infrastructure decisions are made so the next scale-up is a resize, not a migration project.
Default to secure // SAFETY
Backups, isolation, and monitoring are standard on every tier — not an upsell bolted on afterward.
