ENA Hosting ("ENA Hosting", "we", "us", "our") provides web hosting, cloud VPS, dedicated server, and IT support services to business and individual customers ("you", "your", "Customer"). By purchasing or using any ENA Hosting service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Our services
We provide the following categories of service, as described in detail on our Hosting Plans and IT Support pages:
- Shared web hosting
- Cloud VPS (virtual private server) hosting
- Dedicated server hosting
- Managed IT support, migrations, monitoring, and helpdesk services
ENA Hosting does not provide payment processing, payment gateway, or money transmission services of any kind to customers or third parties.
3. Billing and payment
Fees for hosting plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, as selected at checkout, in GBP (£). IT support and project-based work may be billed as a fixed one-off fee or on a recurring monthly basis, as agreed in writing before work begins. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our own systems.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a recurring hosting or support plan at any time from your account area or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. See our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility for refunds.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ENA Hosting services to host or transmit unlawful content, malware, spam, or material that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate this policy, with notice where reasonably possible.
6. Service availability
We target 99.98% network and power uptime across our hosting tiers. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance where possible. Full SLA terms are available on request.
7. Limitation of liability
Except where prohibited by law, ENA Hosting's liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email in advance of taking effect.
