Refund Policy
Last updated: [DD Month YYYY] — replace with your actual publish date1. Our policy, in short
All sales are final once a service has been activated. Because hosting resources, IT support time, and setup work are provisioned and consumed as soon as a service starts, we don't offer refunds once that has happened — regardless of plan or payment method.
We'd rather you get this right before you pay than deal with a refund after: if you're unsure which hosting tier or support plan fits what you're running, contact us first and we'll help you choose before checkout.
2. Before a service is activated
If you've paid but the service hasn't yet been set up or provisioned on our end, contact us as soon as possible — we're able to cancel and refund in full at this stage, since nothing has been delivered yet.
3. Renewals
Recurring plans renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account area or by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the period already paid for and in use.
4. IT support services
Recurring managed support plans (Essential, Priority) can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fixed-scope project work (migrations, setup, custom engineering) is billed as agreed before work begins and is non-refundable once work has started, in line with our no-refund-after-activation policy above.
5. Errors on our part
If you're billed in error — a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a service that was never delivered — contact us and we'll correct it and refund the affected amount. This policy governs standard change-of-mind or dissatisfaction requests, not billing mistakes.
6. How to raise an issue
Contact us via our contact page with your account email and order/invoice reference. We aim to respond within one business day.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us directly first so we can look into it — most issues are resolved faster this way than through a card chargeback or payment dispute, and disputing a charge without contacting us first may delay resolution.
